You will receive a return form with your order (if purchased via www.xd-design.com). Return the package to us. Please indicate your reason for returning your order. The purchase price will be credited to your bank account after receiving the return item(s). The order can not be returned later than 14 days after purchase.
Returns for online orders will be accepted where the product has not been altered or washed and has all original tags or packaging attached.

Yes within 14 days after receiving your package. Here are your packing instructions:
- Securely pack the items in a box.
- Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
- Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
- Ship package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.

Yes! Please send an e-mail to customersupport@xd-design.com and our team will guide you through the process.
No, this is not possible. Please return the product through the normal way, and you will receive the refund for this product. In order to receive a different product, please place a new order online for this product.

We always aim to provide good-quality products. In the unlikely event that a product is not of the quality that you had expected, you will be able to use the return label on the return form to send it back to us.
Before returning a faulty item to us, please send us an e-mail via customersupport@xd-design.com in which you explain the problem with the product. We will then be able to find an appropriate solution together.
Warranty
We have a warranty of two years on production malfunctions. This covers production flaws. The warranty does not apply for damage due to wearage or own cause. So for example harming the product by accidentally dropping it, cutting it, or losing it is not covered in our warranty.If you would like to make use of your warranty please send us an e-mail at customersupport@xd-design.com stating your order number, order date, full name, description of the complaint and photos of the malfunction.
