XD Design® Warranty

We have a warranty of two years on production malfunctions. This covers production flaws. The warranty does not apply for damage due to wearage or own cause. So for example harming the product by accidentally dropping it, cutting it, or losing it is not covered in our warranty.


If you would like to make use of your warranty please send us an e-mail at customersupport@xd-design.com stating your order number, order date, full name, description of the complaint and photos of the malfunction.


If your product has not been purchased via our official webshop or Amazon, we would like to advise you to get in contact with the shop where you purchased your product.
