XD Design® is growing fast and to support its growth we are looking for a senior Backoffice Manager. XD Design® is currently sold in over 52 countries worldwide and in over 2.500 retail stores. We work with exclusive sales agents in each country.

Your job will be to support the European agents from processing orders to providing them with all the relevant product information. Structure and efficiency is key to helping us sustain our growth. Our processes are quite efficient but to support our growth we need to improve these processes and implement new software solutions.

We are looking for a hands-on backoffice manager who gets excited about improving operations. You will be working with the entire XD Design® team and report to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities
• Facilitate the order intake from European distributors and agents
• Coordinate the financial administration of these orders
• Develop and implement improvement projects aimed to improve and automate our operations

Requirements
• Based in Rijswijk, Netherlands with remote work possible
• Excellent command of English, Dutch is a pre
• Minimum of 3 years or relevant working experience
• Advanced experience in Excel
• Experience in Microsoft AX is a pre
