Can I return my order if I am not happy with the product?

You will receive a return form with your order (if purchased via www.xd-design.com). Use the sticker that you will find on the return form to return the package to us, after which the purchase price will be credited to your bank account. Please indicate your reason for returning your order.

Please note that the order can not be returned later than 14 days after purchase.

We will then be able to help you with the returns procedure and find an appropriate solution.

NOTE: If your order has not been purchased via www.xd-design.com please note the return policy applied of the shop where you did purchase the product.

Can I exchange my order?
No, this is not possible. Please return the product through the normal way, and you will receive the refund for this product.
In order to receive a different product, please place a new order online for this product.

I have returned articles, but the purchase price has not been credited to my account yet. What should I do now?
We aim to credit your money to your account within 2-5 working days. Please contact us if this has not happened.

I have a complaint about my order. What should I do?

I have received a faulty article. What should I do now?
We always aim to provide good-quality products. In the unlikely event that a product is not of the quality that you had expected, you will be able to use the return label on the return form to send it back to us.
Before returning a faulty item to us, please send us an e-mail via customersupport@xd-design.com in which you explain the problem with the product. We will then be able to find an appropriate solution together.

Warranty

We have a warranty of two years on production malfunctions. This covers production and design flaws.

The warranty does not apply for damage due to wearage or own cause. So for example harming the product by accidently dropping it, cutting it, or loosing it is not covered in our warranty.

If you would like to make use of your warranty please send us an e-mail at customersupport@xd-design.com stating your order number, order date, full name, description of the complaint and photos of the malfunction.

If your product has not been purchased via our official webshop or reseller (Fancy or Amazon), we would like to advise you to get in contact with the shop where you purchased your product.
