Yes. There may be local delays in the transport network of Italy, Portugal, Spain and France. We hope for your understanding.
The Parcel Shop network in France is immediately closed until at least April 15 2020. This means that all parcels that are currently at a Parcel Shop in France can no longer be picked up by the recipient and neither by a GLS driver. When the Parcel Shop opens again, the process can be continued as usual.
