Which currencies do you handle?
For orders within Europe we handle € EURO, for orders within the USA we handle $ US Dollar,
for orders within Asia we handle $ US Dollar and for orders within Australia we handle $ US Dollar.
I have returned articles, but the purchase price has not been credited to my account yet. What should I do now?
We aim to credit your money to your account within five working days. Please contact us if this has not happened. Contact can be made via firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state your name and order number in all correspondence.
Which payment methods are possible?
The following payment methods are accepted in the webshop: iDEAL, Credit card(VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex) and PayPal.
Can I pay extra for an express delivery?
Unfortunately at this moment we do not offer express shipping options and/or next-day deliveries.
